March Investor Meeting Highlights
March 22, 2019
By: Dennis Ensing
On the first day of Spring this week we held our monthly Investor Meeting with 3 very different ventures. Excitement was generated with demonstrations of tangible products, including Chris Prendergast of Jamstack playing a riff through his attachable guitar amplifier – shown below.
Snapshots of these 3 ventures are included below. Deeper dives with company principals are also scheduled as noted – details of location and dial-in to be provided separately, or on request.
All three also presented earlier this week to our angel group Alliance partners, Golden Triangle Angel Network (GTAN) and Angel One Network. Interested members of all three groups are now assembling to coordinate due diligence and possible syndicated investment.
Investment Update: Due diligence is well underway with February presenters Stellar Biome, micrometrics and Backyard Media. If you are interested, please contact me.
Event Update: Our next Investor Meeting is scheduled for 7:30 am on Thursday April 18 in the MVP Lab at the Convergence Centre in Western’s Discovery Park. The Events Calendar on our website also includes upcoming education opportunities offered by our Angel Alliance members. Please let me know if you are an accredited investor and would like to attend any of these events.

Jamstack uses hardware and software so that musicians can leverage mobile processing to do more with less and have more fun doing it. Jamstack’s first product, is unique in several ways, and so is its vision for the future of the way musicians interact with their equipment. By creating the world’s first and only attachable guitar amplifier, as well as the only amplifier with a built in digital interface, we’ve created an amazingly freeing guitar playing experience. The next step is to bring other types of musicians on board, and use software to connect them together.
