January Investor Meeting Highlights

Our first Investor Meeting of 2020 was held on Thursday this week with a great deal of camaraderie and enthusiasm.

The core purpose of these monthly meetings is to offer our members a curated pipeline of investment opportunities. With more than 25 members, guests and sponsors in attendance, our presenting companies all expressed their appreciation for the engagement and professionalism they experienced.

Snapshots of the three ventures selected this month are included below.

January Presenting Companies

Cheetah Networks: Empowers network operators to capture IoT opportunities and scale service delivery over LTE and 5G networks. They provide market leading IoT Connectivity assurance solutions for their Service Provider customers. Deeper Dive: February 3

Nanophyll: Has developed and is marketing hydrophobic anti-stick nanocoatings that prevent fouling, corrosion and ice buildup. Treated materials have easy-clean, anti-graffiti and anti-microbial properties. Their coatings are environmentally friendly, simple to apply and scalable for industrial adoption. Trajekt Sports: Is building a baseball pitching robot that can exactly replicate any pitch thrown in an MLB game. Their technology will vastly improve batter performance, offering MLB teams significant ROI (US$5M / additional win). Deeper Dive: February 6

Earlier in the week they also presented to members of our Equation Angels partners. All interested Equation investor members are now assembling around the scheduled Deeper Dives noted to coordinate due diligence and possible syndicated investment. Event Update

Our next Investor Meeting is scheduled for ThursdayFebruary 20 7:30-10:00 am, to be followed by the AGM of our members.
